Just a thought....

One of the scenes that prophet Mohammed (pbuh) saw while he was in his isra'a wal mi'raj journey was a huge bull coming out of a small hole(جحر) and when the bull wanted to go back inside, it couldn't.

The prophet asked Jibril what that symbolized. So Jibril replied that this is a man who said a foul, hurtful word and regreted it. And when he wanted to take it back he couldn't.

Did you ever say something you wished you could take back? I think we all have. But what we don't know is how much hurt we bring to others - especially the ones we care about- when we carelessly let our anger control our tongue.

dear soos ,
you are the last person i can imagine that has said anything to hurt anyone. so this refelction does not apply to you at all. you are safe.

to add to your point, i heard omar abdulkafi say that if we have mentioned anyone in an unpleasant way and we want to make up for it, then we mention him or her again to the same group we spoke to but in a positive way. because in reality we cant go to the people we spoke badly about and admit that we have done that. it will only cause more heartache.
