This is one of my favorite comfort foods. I love to have it for lunch with white rice or for dinner with french fries. Kids also enjoy this dish .



Meatballs

ingredients
2 c. minced meat
1 onion,finely grated
1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
oil- for frying

flavor
1 small metal bowl with olive oil
1 charcoal, heated


method
-knead the meat+egg+onion+breadcrumbs+salt and pepper.
-place the meat mixture in a saucepan - pressed on side of pan, leave gap in center, then add the hot charcoal to the oil (to release the grilling aroma)
-cover pot immediately to seal smell. leave 30 mins.
-shape the meat into balls, then shallow fry in vegetable oil, drain on tissue paper.
